Works like it should

works like it should. good with SD - SDHC and microSD card adapter cards as well. though it only works for iPads so keep that in mind, don't try plugging this thing into an iPhone or iPod

Original

This one is original, don't get deceived with others. I read in a review that it didn't work but the thing is that you need to get the SD card into the slot before connecting it to the iPad, it works well with my new iPad 4.

Lightening to Sd Card Reader

This is the genuine Apple Reader, sealed and in the Apple box. Works as advertised. Pics come up automatically, as stated in the enclosed instructions, put the card in first, then plug in to the iPad. From there you can import or delete. The pics all come up on one page in small images. Easy peasy, and worth the money.

Works great on my iPad Mini!

When shooting and sharing photos, sometimes I like to share right out of the camera. Instead of passing around my camera, I can upload the photos directly to my iPad and share that. As usual, the product works as expected and has become a regular piece of my photography kit.

Handy little device

This is definitely something you would want to consider buying. It is so easy to connect and transfer pictures from an SD card over to your iPad. Transfers pretty quickly too.

Worked Great

I took this on vacation to Disney World to work with my iPad mini. I had no problems. Each night when we got back to the room I downloaded the pictures we took for the day. It gave me piece of mind that I had a backup in case something happened to the SD card and provided a convenient way to email pictures to the grandparents.

Lightning to SD card reader

I bought this to transfer pictures and video from my GoPro Hero2 to my Ipad 4. Have only used it 3 or 4 times and it worked as it was supposed to. I used a 32 GB 45MB/s card.

This makes photo downloads so easy

I often use a digital camera to take photos, but I like to download them to my iPad and this device makes it a snap.
I just put the memory card in and plug it into my iPad and the photos are transferred with no more ado. It is also very small so that I can bring it with me on trips.

Does its job

The legit apple sd card extension. High quality and does its job well. I'm a photographer but dont always want to carry a lot of bulk with me. A combination of this adaptor and my iPad is adequate for reviewing photos when I don't want to carry a laptop around. Great accessory for iPad if your traveling and want to back up photos as well.
Overall, simple and effective. Couldn't for more from it. A bit pricey, but you get used to expecting that from an apple product.
